Hospital partnerships
villie is being offered to hospitals, OB practices, and birth centers to bundle into mom-and-baby discharge packets. If you represent a clinical institution interested in offering villie to your patients, email felitrujillo95@hotmail.com with the subject line "Hospital partnership."
SMS opt-in and opt-out
villie sends SMS only to phone numbers users provide and only after the user opts in to a specific category in the app under Me → Notification Preferences. SMS categories include appointment reminders, support-room digests, milk-match notifications, AI replies, articles, events, and promotions. Promotions is off by default.
To opt out of all messaging from us, reply STOP to any SMS we send. To get help, reply HELP. Carrier message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for SMS.
Sample messages users may receive after opting in:
- "Hi {name}, this is villie. Your appointment with Dr. {provider} is tomorrow at {time}. Reply STOP to opt out."
- "Good morning — your weekly recap from your support room is ready. Open the app to read it. Reply STOP to opt out."
- "You have a new milk-match request from a verified Village family. Open the app to review. Reply STOP to opt out."

Reporting abuse or unsafe content
To report a community-room user, milk listing, gear listing, or other content that violates our Terms of Service, use the in-app report flow on the relevant screen. Reports submitted in-app reach a moderator within 24 hours. For urgent matters, email felitrujillo95@hotmail.com with the subject "Urgent abuse report."
